The 2007 SSHA conference will take place from 15-18 November in Chicago.
The general call for papers is at:

sessions for this conference at
http://www.ssha.org/networks/family_demography.html. Scholars interested
in
contributing papers within the Family/Demography network at the next SSHA
conference are invited to visit this page. Please contact session
organizers
directly via e-mail if you wish to propose a paper connected with a
particular session. Please contact the network organizers if you wish to
submit an individual paper or propose a session which is not on this list.
Please keep in mind the SSHA rules and traditions:
• Panels should represent more than one discipline and institution.
• Panels that include material from more than one place or time are
particularly welcome.
• To maximize the number of participants, individuals may present no more
than one paper and participate in no more than two sessions.
• Panels co-sponsored by two or more networks are encouraged.
Proposals for individual papers and complete sessions are due 15 February
2007.
